Room Facilities
All our rooms have complimentary tea and coffee, hairdryer and travel iron. If you require an ironing board or baby cot, please request at reception.
Emergency Exit Procedures
In the event of an emergency, an alarm will ring Immediately Vacate Your Room Follow the Green Exit signs to reception and exit to main car park Please familiarise yourself with means of escape from the building on arrival.
Check Out
Check out from all the rooms is 10.30am If you require a later check out, please inform member of staff and we will try to accommodate this for you. Additional charges may apply.
Damage to Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the amount owed, to the registered address. We will make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contracting specialists for repairs.
Removal of Hotel Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items which have been removed from the premises without consent. The charge incurred in such event, will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including admin charges.
Loss of Keys
Upon check out, if you forget to pass back your keys, we will contact you and request for you to post them to us. If any key is lost, or refusal to hand/post them back occurs, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest’s credit/ debit card or send an invoice for the amount owed, to the registered address.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited throughout all indoor areas within The Charlton Arms. Please use designated smoking areas around the exterior of the property. If any guest smokes or is suspected to have smoked in their room, or within any other indoor areas, a £150 will be charged.
